Dancing Starsof St. Johns County

Eight neighbors. One stage. One night a year.

Dancing Stars of St. Johns County pairs local leaders with professional dancers for one live ballroom competition at Flagler College. The night pays for free music and arts lessons for county kids and seniors.

Not one of these eight is a professional dancer. They are a Zumba teacher, a realtor, a wedding planner, a title closer, a band frontman. Each of them is learning a routine right now.

You already know the arts get cut first

We think every kid at the piano and every senior back on their feet deserves better odds than that.

An empty house
The free lessons lose the only fundraiser they get all year.
A full house
Kids stay with music after school, seniors dance again, and more neighbors take the stage next year.
